Marvin Santos cleans windows at the Dream Center Bismarck building nearing completion at 1805 Park Ave. on the city's south side. Santos, with Northwest Contracting, said he worked on the drywall in the building and was doing cleanup in the espresso coffee bar area of the second floor. Dream Center Bismarck will be home for The Banquet Community Meal that serves up to 2,000 meals a week, as well as Adopt-a-Block, a year-round mobile food distribution program. The building also will have a chapel, a community food pantry and meeting rooms. A community open house is scheduled for Sunday, April 24, with a ribbon-cutting on Wednesday, May 4.
